Сильное место компании PET Engineering, специализирующейся на производстве ПЭТ бутылок для итальянского рынка, - особое внимание к фазе создания прототипа, которая предусматривает высокопродуктивную работу в соответствии с требованиями клиента. В последнее время PET Engineering разрабатывала и поставляла формы для выдувания ПЭТ-бутылок компании Sanpellegrino Group, таких как 1.5-литровые бутылки Levissima, весом 30 гр., с техническими свойствами, выделяющими их из ряда схожей тары, представленной на рынке. Формы для выдувания были установлены на машинах Sidel and Krones, а сам процесс выдувного формования оптимизирован благодаря преформам, изготовленным на оборудовании Husky. Великолепных результатов удалось добиться при производстве прототипа для бутылки Issima, объемом 0.33 литра, и 1.5-литровой Recoaro. С годами компания PET Engineering смогла разработать систему быстрого изменения форм для бутылок с максимальным диаметром – 89 мм., что значительно экономит время при формовании.

 Prototyped blow moulds for a strongly customised bottle

Among the strong points of PET Engineering, a Trevisobased company specialising in the production of PET bottles for the Italian market, there is the special attention devoted to the prototyping phase, which provides for high production and quality performances next to strong customisation in compliance to the image requirements of the customer. Recently, Pet Engineering developed and supplied the blow molds for PET bottles for the Sanpellegrino Group, as the 1.5-lt. Levissima bottle, weighing 30 gr., with technical properties exceeding those of other similar bottles available on the market. The blow molds have been installed on Sidel and Krones machines, and the blow molding process has been optimised thanks to the preforms obtained on Husky machines. Excellent results have been achieved also for the 0.33-lt. bottle Issima. Unique for its elliptical shape, this bottle has been submitted to various laboratory and blow-molding tests. In this particular case, the difficulty derived from the choice of the preform and the setting of the blow-molding parameters, in order to obtain a uniform distribution of the material along the elliptical sides of the bottle. Another important success is the 1.5-lt. bottle Recoaro (30 gr.) obtained starting from the design delivered by Sanpellegrino, a round bottle with diamond-shaped surfaces. In the course of the years, PET Engineering developed a quick-format change system applied on Sidel's PUPM molds. The system, called PUPM CR, allows the quick format change for bottles having a max. diameter of 89 mm, allowing to save up to 30 hours for format changeover on a 24-molds Sidel machine. This system has been successfully tested at the factories Levissima and Vera, whereby PUMP CR molds have been delivered to the latter for the production of the 1.5-lt Belte bottle.
